Please use the secure client portal, so that we can respond to your specific inquiries in a timely manner. This includes scheduling, requesting appointments, and cancellations. You will have to message us to cancel (self-cancelling not operational). (See consent form for communication policy)
Existing clients, if you are unable to access the portal, please use the contact form to request reactivation. “Please reactivate account”, do not leave a message in the contact form.
Please use the request appointment feature to set-up your account and schedule an appointment. Please allow at least 2 business days from time of booking as there is required paperwork that must be completed before we can confirm your appointment.

As an alternative, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have using the contact form. We endeavour to respond within 48 business hours. You can also call us; however you will likely be transferred to voicemail, where we will request that you text us your email.
We encourage you to use the contact form, rather than voicemail, as it will allow us to open up a two-way chat.
