Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Late Cancel, and No Show

Cancellation can only be made through the secure client portal, we do not accept cancellation by voicemail.

We require 24 business hours notice if you will be cancelling your appointment. Business hours are Monday to Friday.

We do not accept notice of cancellations on weekends, Mondays of a long weekend, or holidays . If you cancel or no show with less than 24 business hours, the full fee will apply. 

Missed appointments and late cancelled appointments represent a loss of opportunity for someone else to receive services. Therefore, It is with great appreciation that you let us know in advance.

If you have not arrived, not called in, or you have not logged on, I will attempt to contact you through the secure portal, and will assume you are delayed and will wait for 5 minutes. The full session fee will apply.
